This is a new workout that i started doing for back. What makes this better then just regular pull ups is, you can use your feet to give you that extra push to get in those extra reps. Its very important to break that threshold because that will help the muscle grow.

    Oh ps dude. I ran the P90X workout today for the first time and it’s NO JOKE bro. And it’s not because I’m smaller either. Dude the workout will make anyone tired no matter who you are.
