So as you know we have been talking about how great plasma jet is for a while. I know a lot of people have been sceptical since all we have provided has been before and after pictures followed by written reviews.So here’s what we decided to do, we purchased plasma jet and we picked out one of our buddies to take it. We put him on a specific diet and workout plan along with the supplement. We will be monitoring his gains weekly and posting them on here for everyone to see how real it is.
In a nut shell, he will be on a high protein diet along with basic weight lifting 4-5 days a week.Today is 12-04-08 and he weighed in at 120 pounds. We will be back in a week with another weigh in along with some descriptions of what foods hes been eating and what kinds of workouts hes been doing. Hope you all enjoy, stay tuned.
