These are all really great foods to help u build muscles fast. I am personally a fan of chicken breasts, cooked in a nice sauce with some steamed veggies. I also like to start off my day with egg white scrambled eggs on wholegrain toast.

What exactly do you mean by egg whites?
Is it the slimey white thing like boogers?
Is it also OK to just eat the eggs raw with juice or milk or better to be cooked?

Lol, egg whites is just the egg minus the yolk. Yea you can get it in a carton of just the "slimey white thing like boogers". U can eat the egg raw but i personally think its easier to eat by boiling the egg and just eating the white. You can also cook the egg whites that come in the carton. Thanks for visiting.

How about eating the whole egg? meaning, the white white plus the yolk? are there any benefits for eating eggs this way?

Eating the egg whole with the yolk is fine. I am sure you have heard that egg yolk will raise cholesterol, fact is that its balanced out by good natural fats that your body needs. So yes, that is perfectly fine.
