		<description>Hey Jan, I kept it pretty simple. I actually did nothing special other than get at least 8 hours of sleep (or at least try). I actually had a pretty tough time sleeping toward the end of the prep. No massages or anything of that nature. My main tools for recovery were the supplements I listed above.</description>
