What’s up MuscleMonsters?
So here is the deal. I had the thought that it might be a good idea to stay more active, and more importantly, more personal on my website. I feel as if I have gotten so involved with my social media outlets, that I have left my website on the back burner. Although I plan to stay very active on my social media (FaceBook, YouTube, and Instagram), I thought it would be a good idea to update the website with my progress as well.
I figured today would be a great day to start considering this just crossed my mind and I happen to have just filmed today’s pull workout.
So without further adieu, here is today’s Pull Workout (back, biceps, and traps).
Pull Workout Details
Sumo Deadlifts 4 x 3-5
Bent Over Rows 4 x 6-10
Seated Barbell Curls 4 x 6-10
Standing Barbell Curls 4 x 8-12
Face Pulls 5 x 8-12
