Have you ever been just about ready to workout only to remember, “Oh damn. I forgot to charge my iPod.”?
Whether you forgot to print our your workout sheet, or didn’t get enough sleep the previous night, the resulting outcome makes working out that much more stressful.
Working out is a pain in the ass as it is; There’s no need to make things more stressful than they need to be by forgetting to do something, or forgetting to bring something to your workout.
To make your workouts less stressful, here are 8 things that you need to do before you workout. Doing these 8 things will allow you to start your workouts in a good mood.
#8 Charge Your iPod.
Chances are, you listen to music when you workout. There’s also a good chance that you have gone to the gym and pressed the ‘ON’ button on your iPod only to find that your iPod was dead. This is extremely frustrating. The night before you workout, be sure to charge that iPod.
#7. Get to Bed Early.
Have you tried working out on 4 hours of sleep? It’s not a lot of fun, I am going to tell you that right now. If you’re going to have a good workout tomorrow, it’s important that you get to sleep early tonight. The earlier you get to bed tonight, the sooner you will be able to finish your workout in the morning.

If you could take 1 minute out of your busy and important life, I would appreciate if you could check out Alby’s reality member page and vote for him to become a part of WWE Tuff Enough, allowing him to get one step closer to his childhood dream.
